Just to add to the video (refer to video, its amazing great!)
If possible, do this with 6 people, not 4. By increasing the people, the bounty goes much faster. If you can kill (with headshots) linking kills together, instead of getting 10-12K, we were getting 26-32K for a bounty and were able to get over a million. One person was able to get his million from start to finish in a single game.
The key to getting a large bounty
1) Headshots! Each headshot increases your bounty by an extra 15 points (not much but it adds up fast. Averaging 180 kills in the first 10 mins to increase bounty thats an extra 2700 points into bounty.)
2) FULL HOUSE! Getting a full house is getting 5 kills in rapped secession. This will increase the bounty by 150 points. (per kill)
If you follow this, you will make well over 1 million per turn. When this happens, make sure the first person killing the player with high bounty STAYS next to the wall under the light, have the 2nd player leave the trench and come up there and start killing. If the person with the bounty is down in the trench this causes the other team to spawn all over the map again, slowing down the money making.

Quick note:
The trick to raising your bounty very high, very quickly is to keep the Full House bonus running as long as possible. This means getting each kill within 2-3 seconds of the previous kill. The game will stop announcing the streak once you hit 5 (full house), but it will continue to build for as long as you can keep it going. I was able to get the streak up to 23 kills in about a minute.
The reason that 6 people is better than 4 is it's a lot easier to keep this streak running with 3 enemies spawning. Five people would work just as well as 6, just make sure that the person who is building up their bounty is on the team with 2 people.

I played it and got this achievement legit, only took about 100+ (no more than 120) games and about 4 months of playing every now and then. As long as you get about $10,000 every game then it should only take 100 games.

I am not sure, I would guess quicker by yourself but much easier with other people. I am not sure though as i've never tried to do it solo.

If you only have 5 people make sure you have one of the team of 2 kill the team of 3 to get his bounty up first as its much more effective just killing 2 at the end with one of them being a higher bounty.

pretty much a dead server with the only people I found playing from mexico and UK (horrible lag for me in USA) and was able to make 7-12K per game (20 min games) so...ya you could play it all year, or boost ;)

I did this with 8 boxes and it didnt work but the other cheevs are popping. So this is player and not ranked? I got 250K a few matches then 1.1 mill and nothing popped. It doesnt keep track of your non ranked money. I did use that code to get the free 40K before I started. I wonder if this glitches it or if all gamertags coming from the same IP is the problem. Anyone have any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong.

Just a note as we were kinda confused at first as what to do even though had watched/read both guides.
At the start of the match decide who is going for the achievement. Position that person and his teammate(s) in the area where people are killed in the video guide. On the other team decide who will do the killing to increase their bounty. His other idle teammate(s) stand under the shed as instructed in the video and he stands near the wall. When all are in place, the person raising their bounty starts killing.
The person with the large bounty is the money maker for the person going for the achievement. This person spends the first 10min of the match increasing their bounty by killing the other team that has the person going for the achievement on it. After 10min they should have a bounty of around 20K +/-.
Then the person going for the achievement takes over killing for the final 10mins while his idle teammate(s) are now standing under the shed. This person will mostly focus on killing the person with the large bounty in order to rack up the money. Done this way, it should not take more than two 20min matches for one person to get the achievement. (We had six gamertags in the match btw.)
