In Chapter 11, after you collect the medallion, you get back in a canoe.

For the acheivement, you need to shoot all the Indians in the boats, 4 boats in total, 3 men in each so 12 men. Once you leave the shore, make sure you have your rifle out and look left by the rock. Two canoes appear, so take out the 6 men hear, which should charge concentration mode.

After that, look behind to the other side, where another two canoes appear. Use concentration to take them out - if you haven't charged it up enough, they come in a straight line at you, and so you can just blast away in a tight area.

If you get to the point where you are about to go down the dam Ray blew up and it hasn't unlocked, you've missed it, so you need to reload checkpoint.

Before you move to the canoe (which triggers a checkpoint) reload your guns and equip your rifle. When the first canoe appears kill them all with the rifle quickly. This should charge up your concentration mode. When the second canoe appears unlease concentration mode and you should be able to unlock this. If you have not filled the concentration meter after the first canoe keep using the rifle on the second until it fills and quickly enter concentration mode.
