This one is story related and can not be missed. Just keep on playing through the story and eventually you are bound to unlock it.

Story related and cannot be missed. You will be able to unlock this trophy in Chapter 14 during the car pursuit. Eventually a train will cut you off and you will have to drive along side the train tracks. When you reach the tunnel the train will stop and you will have to cross the tracks, shortly after the trophy will pop up.
