Super simple to do. There are 5 ranks of each type of fish: Juvenile -> Bronze -> Silver -> Gold -> Diamond. Easiest way to do this is to just stay where you start the game and catch a few more fish until you earn this, after your third bronze catch it should pop but you might have to close the summery page that tells you about your catch first.
