This Achievement is unlocked by completing all of the 36 Fishing Challenges spread across the 3 Outposts. You can find these challenges at the Outpost Noticeboards.
For each challenge, you need to find the location given in the challenge picture and then catch the required rank fish at that location. How you choose to catch it, in terms of gear chosen, is up to you.

Hi can i ask how can i complete NOKKENSJOEN Fishing Challenge 10 only 1 im left with fished were i was told but the pond says it has no chub fished 3 days nothing im a bit lost and cant find help anywere Asp Grayling Roach Bream listed as only being in it .

I’m in the same spot as LOYAL, Nokken Fish Challenge 10 and the location doesn’t spawn Chubs at all. I’ve sat here for HOURS and get nothing.
EDIT: I'm not sure what happened, but I got home from work this afternoon and the pond suddenly spawned Chub. I got the gold one and the pond IMMEDIATELY stopped spawning them. Could be a time based challenge. I caught it at 12:14, good luck
