I got this achievement during the “Taylor’s Tackle Academy Advanced Class.” The set up was the maiden rod, tyro reel, 2kg flouro carbon and the spinner. Location was the boat dock on the west of town casting to the right using a stop and go technique.

Also works using stop and go with Brass Monkey rod, Othello Reel, 4kg Monofilament and Jerlbait. Got mine at Diamond Peak Outpost boat dock in 4 seconds using this set up and releasing reel in when it hits the P under stop and holding it when it gets to the end for a whole bar. Also think time might matter and it was around 17:00 in my map
