Pretty sure the “up and up challenge” suggestion is BS as there was no timing prompts when I did that challenge. If you’re like me and didn’t get this on your playthrough, my suggestion is to start a new game and play until you unlock your first door on chapter 1. After that you will take out 3 enemies with your shield before being forced out the window. Here’s the perfect chance to get this achievement. All you need to do is press the A button right as the white circle around it encloses it fully. This part is right before a checkpoint so you can attempt it again if you fuck it up.
