Captain America: Super Soldier

A good spot to grind this achievement Is in the courtyard,
take the elevator down to the laboratory and destroy all the barrels you see once down there (i think there is about 15)
once done go back up the elevator
rinse and repeat

Explosive objects include fuel barrels (red, not green or grey), storage tanks, computer terminals, and machinery.

CAUTION: exploding objects can severely injure or kill you, so it is best to engage them at range using the focused shield throw.

The game will tally your destroyed objects in real-time. So long as you dont use the Exit Game option in the menu or at the defeat screen, your progress will not be lost.

When you enter an area feel free to destroy anything and everything that you can. There is sufficient materiel out there where you can get this achievement without really trying by the time you are about 3/4 through your first play-through.

Once all the objects in your level are destroyed, you can leave the level and return to have all the objects respawned. While this can be used for grinding or boosting this achievement, it really isnt necessary nor efficient.
