Captain America: Super Soldier

This is not a specific achievement. This is for cumulative usage of C3 explosives. So just use it whenever the oppurtunity arises and you'll get it before too long just going with the story.
The AA guns that have to be destroyed with C3 for the There Goes The Neighborhood achievement also count towards this.
