Yeah I found sewer entrances way way earlier than 15 as well.

You can't use them all until 15, though. You can use some, sure, I never said you couldn't, but this achievement is not unlockable until the point that I mentioned.

I'm not going to give u a negative vote but sewer entrance locations would have been nice.

You'll go through some of the sewers through natural story progression but if your panicked upon completing the game here's what you do. There are 12 sewers in total and they all would become unlocked upon completion of the game so you'll get confused and probably search for licked sewer entrances but they are ALL unlocked. Once inside the sewer you'll be able to count 12 different blue doors and all you have to do is enter each one, then exit back to the sewers. You can check off each location which are the following: WEST WARD, EASTERN BASTION,ORCHID,ESTATE,LIBRARY,TANK PATH,LABORATORY,JOILET,CELL BLOCK, HANGAR, RAIL LINE, RAIL LINE WEST.
