Defeat the final boss, The Sleeper in battle. Begin by defeating the Zolabot again. After that QUICKLY (this is the only timed event in the game) get over to the balcony to the Sleeper's right.
From there, beat another Zolabot and his goons and start blasting the Sleeper with mortar shells. When you've got his attention raise your shield and tap the appropriate button to survive the blast. Don't try to reflect his shot; it won't work.
Finally, beat the Zolabot and goons one more time and then perform the "Super Soldier" move (select your targets with RB and throw with A) to decapitate the Sleeper and carry the day!

Not so much a guide but a word of warning DO NOT SKIP THE CREDITS as I did and the game froze before the last story achievement popped causing me to have to replay through the whole game again.

That's an isolated incident. There is an achievement associated with watching the credits in this game, so I did it before I beat the game. So, when the game was done, I didn't want to watch them again, so I skipped 'em.
To play it safe, probably follow Sean's advice, but I personally didn't have that issue.
