The easiest place to get this achievement is in the Ballroom Blitz combat challenge. Simply hop on the turret and kill the large guys. They will continue to spawn, and as long as you're on the turret, you won't be attacked from behind. Rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks. Also, if you haven't unlocked "Pow, Right in the Kisser!," be sure to perform crippling strikes every time your meter reaches full.

Too bad I only found this when I only needed 9 more advanced kills. But that was when I was done with everything else anyway so no time wasted really.

+1 from me. Very nice trick, and EASILY the best way to score advanced kills. Can't believe someone voted this down.

What tool gave this a negative vote? This method is by far the easiest way to finish up the advanced kills. I started the challenge with 65 and it popped before I reached the 2 minute mark.

If you shoot on the near side of the pillars on the right and left (about where that small table is on the left and same spot on the right)... 3-5 shots then switch. You can kill them before the enter the room - a lot more kills, zero chance of dying, great XP.
