This trophy can sometimes be glitchy for people (It glitched on me)
If you got all the sparkplugs from all the races and it still didn't pop, go back and start the races to see if the 3 sparkplug icons are present.
If they are not, go through the race and get them. The trophy should pop.
However, if the sparkplugs are not present in the race (AKA only one of them are appearing), then your game has glitched. A solution that worked for me is to go into my glitched game, go into the options menu, and click start new game. (You cannot start the game and click start new game right away, you have to do it from the in-game menu. When you do it from the in-game menu, it will store all your options in the new game (AKA I had the sound muted, so when I started a new game and sound was still muted) That way you know it worked) Start the new game and after you complete the first race, the trophy should pop.

Sparkplugs are located in Gold Events. Make sure you get them all before moving on to the next race. If you don't get all 3 make sure you hit Start and choose to Retry from there before the race is over and you will only need to get the remaining sparkplugs. See this guide by Stanster for locations on all sparkplugs if you can't find one on a race.
