Okay after noticing the only solution for this was very vague & incorrect I thought i best post a correct one....There are 5 point to point races,you find 3 in Radiator Springs,1 in Santa Carburera & 1 in Autovia.Simply place in the top 3 for a victory.

If you don't skip any races before moving on to a new area you will get this after you complete Point to Point 4 in Radiator Springs after you have beat El Machismo.
These races have you racing from the starting point to the end point, you can take any path you like although they are really quite straightforward.
