How to unlock the The Law! achievement in Cars: Race-O-Rama - Definitive Guide

After i had finished Santa Carburera and beat candice, i went back to radiator springs and did 'sheriffs chase', it may have been available before beating candice, but it was definately open when i got back. Simply catch the 3 young 'whippersnappers' by driving close to them as sheriff and letting the bar depleat to empty on all 3, job done

There is only one Sheriff's Law event and it will be available in Radiator Springs after you have beat Candice in Santa Carburera.

You play as Sheriff and chase down the 3 speeders. When you get close to one your siren will turn on, stay close until the meter on the top of screen empties completely. Do this for all three speeders and the trophy will unlock.
