After you discover some pieces of land a guy will tell you that he lives East of the grassland house so put his square on the right of the grassland house.
Discover some more and eventually for the forest house you will have to surround the all forest square with forest.
If you are lost at this point make sure to get the piece of map from the neckless on the wall in the house - it shines.
After that you have to complete the lake in order to find Shianan. Find the soil in a piece of map where there is grass forest and ocean and then put the mini dock in the top most position.
After the ceremony you will set sail finish the chapter and get the achievement.
