This requires doing both upgrades on the lighthouse, which is on the western island. You need to unlock one puzzle-locked gate to cross the bridge to the island and then open another puzzle-locked gate to reach a raised area on the southern part (near the second gardening area). Puzzle pieces are earned in quests or you can buy them at the store for 2000 coins each.
The first upgrade costs 10000 coins and the second 25000. Each build takes only a few minutes.

Velvet
The Lighthouse is located on the Western Island and will require you to unlock the bridge (9 Puzzle Pieces) as well as one gate (another 9 Puzzle Pieces). There are two upgrade stages for this - the first costing 15,000 coins and the second costing 25,000. Once you have fully rebuilt the Lighthouse, the trophy will unlock.
