You will need to earn enough XP to reach level 4. Once you have reached level 4, you will be awarded a pickaxe. Simply equip it, and press 
by the stones two times to remove them. Just repeat this another 24 times to unlock the achievement.

Velvet
Stones are removed using the Pickaxe. To remove them, walk up to them with said Pickaxe removed, and hit 
to break them down. Each stone will take 2 hits to fully disappear. You can get this trophy in just one day of playing. There are plenty of stones across all three sections of the island. In the off chance you didn't get them all, the stones will respawn with each new day (though not necessarily in the same location).
As soon as you remove your 25th stone, the trophy will unlock.
