The cobwebs are removed using the Duster, which unlocks at Level 3 and can be purchased from the store for 1,250 Coins. The only ones you can remove are found inside your house. There are not nearly enough available to get this in one day so you will need to play for a few days in a row to remove enough to get this trophy.

Alternatively, you can use the date/time settings method mentioned in the Roadmap. If doing so, I found skipping ahead just 2 days provided anywhere between 4-7 Cobwebs when re-entering the game. Just do this a few times until you remove 25.

Once you have removed your 25th cobweb, the trophy will unlock.
