How to unlock the Grasshopper achievement in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair - Definitive Guide
The first boss of the game lets you do this easily.
Trek your way through the level and make it to the boss.
Then, wait till he is low enough on the ground for you to be able to land a jump kick on his back (Jump kick is double jump then down+a), make sure you stay towards the middle of his back so that way when he lifts up, he doesn't knock you off. He does tend to jump a lot when he has a lot of health, so wait til you wear him down a bit to be able to successfully do this achievement.
I hope this helps.
Update:
It has been confirmed that you can, indeed, jump kick your teammates for the achievement.
So you can use either method.

Yes it works by jump kicking your teammates ;}
i've not tried that method myself but i've heard others that's done it that way.

Easily obtained playing in co-op as well. Jump above a partner, hold down on the analog stick or D-pad and button mash the A button, the achievement will unlock in a matter of seconds.
Another easy one is jumping on the bone pillars (the stationary stacked skulls). Definitely goes quickly using the button mashing method described by MXR5150.

That's the easiest and safest way IMO.

I don't see how you managed this. They are two high and only take 14 hits each before they break.

The easiest is Chapter 1 boss. Double jump above his head and press D-pad Down, X Button. Now keeping hold down D-pad Down and keep pressing X Button. He may jump around which will hit you and break your combo. Just start again and you should get it. It's easier if you have another player distracting him.
Another easy way is jumping on a stack of Bone Pillars, which can be found in Chapter 2. Depending on your damage, you can get about 10 hits on each head.
Tip from XainTheGreat:
Jump kicking on an partner's head 30 times in a row will unlock this trophy as well.
If you have a friend or can get online you can get this trophy on the first chapter with out even moving. just ask the second player to stand still and jump kick his face until you get your trophy.
