Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

To actually defeat the Ice Titan, you have to climb him and destroy four runes. Get close to him and stick to the right. If he puts down his right hand, jump out of the blue circle as it appears around you. When he smashes his left fist down, jump before it hits the ground.

Eventually, his fist will get stuck. Approach the arm and look for the glowing grapple point. Climb his arm, holding RT when prompted to avoid falling (you’ll have to continue to do this the entire time you’re climbing him). If you fall, just wait for him to get stuck again.

Once you reach the rune at the top, repeatedly tap X while continuing to hold on when prompted. Once destroyed, you’ll then be on his arm horizontally. You need to dodge his hand (left-stick + A) and then grapple onto it, then grapple to his chest. Move across to the left to find the second rune.

Dodge his incoming hand while smashing the rune. Once destroyed, grapple his chin to swing onto his back where you’ll find the third rune, being sure to dodge his hand while smashing it. Destroy it then climb up and grapple to his head. Move right to find the fourth rune (again, dodging his hand).

After destroying this rune, the fight is over.
