How to unlock the It came from Lemuria achievement in Caves and Castles: Underworld - Definitive Guide

You first find the Lemur in the dungeon on Level 23, simply interact with the Lemur and the achievement will unlock.

If anyone's Lemur doesn't pop like mine didn't, when you get out of the dungeon, just press pause and go to main menu and it'll pop there. You can hit continue and it'll put you right back where you were.
