Not hard at all. Grab a friend or a boosting partner, set up a ranked or player match on the smallest map (training room) on deathmatch, time limit: 0, score limit: 0, for fast effective kills. Simply trade back and forth 100 kills between you and your partner and the achievement is yours.

The online community for this game is dead, so your best solution is to search or create a Boosting Session.
You only need 1 additional player to help you get this achievement. But if you have more, it will be faster.
Decide who is going to host, and simply host a Ranked Capture The Flag Match on Training. Once the match has hosted, let your partner search for the match. Once they are in, decide how you want to get this achievement, and take turns until you both have got 100 kills each. The achievement will pop as soon as you've acquired your 100th kill.
Note: This achievement is across all of your Ranked Games played, not just one match.

Simply kill 100 other players in ranked online matches however this is unobtainable unfortunately because the servers have shut down.
So it's not possible to 100% this game anymore, unless you obtained this and Arena Master while the servers were active.

Unobtainable due to server closure.
A smaller grind trophy, this shouldn't take too long. If you're boosting it then play CTF since there is no limit on how many kills you can get. This will allow you to get all 100 kills in one match (200 if you both get the trophy).
