This isn't as hard as it seems, just kill every enemy in all five archives. Using a controller will make this much easier.
Practice all five levels, learn where the enemies are.
The small enemies (they kinda look like minnows) that are in massive groups do not count towards your purification, so you do not have to worry about them. Hooray!
If you are just going for 100% purification, then hold down the right trigger and spam the A button. This will make your attacks much more faster.
If you are having trouble with a certain archive, consult with the guides on their particular achievements.

That is obtained by getting 100% purification on the Hard difficulty mode, which should be easier after already doing them on normal.

I wanted to let everyone know(and I've also posted this on the other 100% guides) that Child of Eden(at some point) has been updated, and it NOW shows Purification progress for each area!! So in addition to using these guide to help you, instead of guessing and thinking about a certain percentage, you'll know FULL well whether you've completely cleared that area or not! Spread the word!!

This achievement unlocks automatically, once you achieved the fifth of these five:
The Genius Play achievement in Child of Eden worth 187 pointsClear the Matrix Archive on Normal Difficulty Mode and achieve 100% purification.
The Secret Achievement achievement in Child of Eden worth 178 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
The Secret Achievement achievement in Child of Eden worth 220 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
The Secret Achievement achievement in Child of Eden worth 180 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement

You must clear all 5 levels with 100% of enemies killed. See the video guide I posted below for the 800,000 point normal trophies for all enemies that need to be purified and keep track of the % of each area after every major enemy encounter to make sure yours matches with mine.
