Co-op Mode is not online so you must have at least two controllers to get this trophy. You will need either good friend(s) to play with or incredible skill to get this trophy alone. In my opinion 'Play With You' is the easiest level to complete. If you have friend(s), each of you should focus on one section of the level. If you are alone, I can't really give you advice besides making perfect quads.
