Follow 'Centurion' description but play with a 3-minutes time limit instead a 9-minutes one and be sure to make your quads on non-covered spots of the grid.
Important note: You can lose your multiplier while playing but you must be sure to have a x50 multiplier when you reach stage 2 (or 100% coverage). Otherwise you won't get this trophy. (Thank you to jacklum and Footzker for pointing this out)
