So this achievement might seem daunting if you play through on normal or hard first, but I cruised through the game on easy and only died once (and it was a bogus death caused by the only enemy in the game that can kill you instantly). Yeah the game is pretty short in general, so playing on Casual you can speed through it pretty quickly.

Yup just finished it. No deaths and used 3 hearts total only on Dragon just to be safe 👌
