This boss is probably the hardest to dodge in the game because of it's size. Not impossible by any means, just trickier to get used to than any of the others. If you are struggling with it, or just want to make it easier - return to Ward 16 and use the keycard found in the second world to enter further into the Ward. Locate the dreamer for the Labyrinth (the brightest lit room with a dreamer in it), and use the computer to "Terminate". This will kill the link between the dreamer and guardian, and therefore bring the guardian to half health.
Disclaimer - I do not know if this will happen if you have already attempted fighting the guardian at full health. I terminated the dreamer before starting that fight. Also, this only works for the Labyrinth Guardian. Termination doesn't work for the other dreamers, unfortunately.
