In Challenge Quest, choose the challenge (name?) where you have to kill more skeletons than 2 Argos Soldiers. Attack skeletons with your main sword until you have Chain Seize ready.
When the Orb/Eye enemies appear, wait till you can see three and there are plenty of skeletons on screen and activate Chain Seize. I got 16 kills.
