I've found 2 weapons so far with the ability upgrade called "Heartless Soul". This ability includes the negatively impacting "Erosion Of The Abyss" although no description is given as to WTF it does/doesn't do.
There may be other weapons with this ability, I'm 3 short of the full set at the moment, but these are the only 2 I've found.
Equip either Savage Blade (Dual Sword) and Gorgon's Gaze (Bow) upgraded with "Heartless Soul" ability and start up the quest "Mating Season". 100 kills in 2:30 mins and pop.
Do not change your Sub Weapon during the quest. You can make kills with it, just make sure you don't select any other Sub Weapon from your d-pad.
Update - another weapon with this ability is Fang Of Tartarus (Dual Sword) - the upgrade is called "Price Of Corrosion"
Update - The Talon Of Tartarus (Bow) also has "Price Of Corrosion"

‘Mating Season’ is a challenge quest that gets unlocked early on in the game. However, you will only be able to play it on the certain chapter it gets unlocked in, or until you beat the game where all quests are available to you.
You need to equip a weapon with the negative effect ‘Erosion Of The Abyss’. This simply makes you lose a little health every few seconds non-stop. The weapon I used was the ‘Savage Blade’.
Make sure you have the weapon equipped before you start the quest & make sure you DON’T CHANGE YOUR WEAPON DURING THE QUEST.
All you need to do now is kill 100 enemies within 2 minutes 30 seconds. If you managed to do this then you will get the trophy.
NOTE: A bit obvious but try not to get hit at all. Because remember you can’t change to a healing core to get some health back.
