For this you need to equip the "Spirit of Argos" orb and kill 5 enemies at once with it's "Martial Arts" attack. The ground pound attack does not count for some reason. Simply play the challenge quest with multiple skeletons and you should easily get it after a couple of attempts. Really helps to upgrades the orb to maximize it's damage output.
