Difficulty must be on Hard. You're going to fight 2 bosses at the same time, Utu and Nanna. Start with Jones and go left at the 1st fork. You'll see a small Vicus, covered in flies, hanging from the celing. You'll need to destroy 6 of these before tackling Nanna/Utu. OK so that's 1, left and straight on will be no.2, 3, 4 and 5. There was a right just before no.5, take it and then right again to find the last.

Nanna and Utu have holes where their hearts should be, shoot them there (Black's grenade launcher is best).
