How to setup Playstation Account for achievement tracking
1. Click Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen on your console.
2. Navigate to Users and Accounts.
Next, navigate to Privacy, and then to View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
In the Your activity section, make sure Who can see your gaming history is set to Anyone.
