From what I can remember, you can select the levels. Been a while since I played it.

After completing all 7 of the story chapters, you'll be in a room with a bunch of purple-topped containers. Head to your right and activate the purple spot to open the containers and finish the main story, unlocking this achievement.

Refer to the "Conqueror" achievement solution for more information.
