Simply use the dynamite item that is given to you in the panel you start in at the beginning of the game and the achievement is yours.

You can unlock this in the first story.

As soon as the level begins and you drop into the game the Dynamite will be on the floor to your left, walk over it and press cn_LSd to pick it up.

Now you can wait until an appropriate time to use the dynamite but if you want to just get the achievement you can use it straight away, to use the Dynamite press cn_LB (Assuming default controls)

For this trophy you must use Dynamite. Dynamite can be found throughout the game as an item. This trophy can be obtained in the very first stage of the game. As soon as you begin the stage you’ll see your first Dynamite right next to a Knife and Iced Tea. Simply walk over on top of it and then press either the or buttons to pick up the Dynamite. Now press the corresponding button in order to use the Dynamite depending on what slot the Dynamite is in (If it’s either of the following slots: Item 1 = , Item 2 = , Item 3 = ). I suggest that you either restart your game or save before you pick it up due to the fact that Dynamite is a great life-saving item to have in your inventory.

This achievement can be unlocked at level one. First, go right and pick up the dynamite. Push the d-pad down to raise the dynamite. Then press the appropriate button to use it depending on which slot the dynamite is in ( for the first slot, for the second slot, for the third slot). I recommend saving before using the bomb, because... You may need it later. Of course, the achievement can be obtained throughout the game.
