How to unlock the Complete The Game achievement in Comix Zone - Definitive Guide

When fighting the last boss, kill him (as well as any flying enemies) before the gas tank on the rocket fills up, and then use the switch that pops up to the left of the pod that she's in. The switch won't appear until all enemies are gone.

An easy way to do this is by getting the boss to follow you to the bottom level and the hitting the switch on the little platform on the left. This'll fire the rockets and damage him pretty heavily. Keep doing this and he'll go down in about a minute.

This trophy requires you to rescue Alissa and to complete the game. This trophy is actually the Good Ending were you rescued Alissa from drowning in time by defeating the final boss, Mortus and his flying creatures. If you're fast enough to defeat them in time quickly hit the switch to the left of Alissa to drain the water and to open up the chamber. I suggest that you save before the final boss fight just in case you happen to fail or didn't defeat the enemies in time. Below is a complete video walkthrough of the game with the Good Ending:
