Otherwise Pick Soviets
Set AI to Allies as Guiles.(Hes All about his air units.)
Pick and 2 player map.
Starting Credits 40000
When the game begins build a reactor then Boot Camp.
Put about 10 flak troopers in the Queue.
Repeat with 3 more Boot Camps.
Till you get the Unit limit. Then build 1-2 refineries and send your mass army of Flaks down to your opposition. Just take out the ore miner out 1st so you dont lose a lot of troops and block off any escape for the enemy MCV.
If you lose all your troops you should have enough funds raking in to build more.

using aircraft is a better method from my experience. you only need a powerplant to build an airfield and you can take out your opponents mcv & war factory in a group of 12 vindicators. then shred the infantry with riptides.

go for allies vs allies, make sure the a.i. is giles.
i choose snow plow as my map.

along with those troopers i built a few gunners
build another power and a ore refinery while you are waiting
set troops to aggressive as soon as they are all ready
as soon as i reached my unit limit i attacked and wiped the floor with him.
you do not have to attack his mcv right away you can clear the buildings that lead to it.
as a precaution i built a few extra units back at base while they attacked, but they were not needed.

I recommended rushing the opponent for this achievement.
Map: Infinity Isle
Initial Resources: 20000
Crates: no
You want to be the Empire, with the Brutal AI being Empire as well (I made Shinzo their commander).
As soon as the game starts, build a dojo core. Place it and build another. Place it and build a generator. Build a third dojo and finally a refinery.
Whenever each dojo completes the unpacking process, create a mix of Imperial Warriors and Tankbusters at a ratio of roughly 1 warrior for every 2 tankbusters.
Save.
When out of credits, move your massive infantry army over the middle of the map (press A twice so they kill anything they pass on the way).
Move them into the enemy base. Work towards the construction yard, destroying anything in your path. If you were fast enough, there should be no towers to worry about. Move your troops right next to the construction yard before attacking it (so it doesn't unpack and escape).
Now that they can't build any more buildings, take out their mecha bay, followed by the dojo.
If the worst came to the worst and you lost all your units after (or before!) destroying their construction yard but didn't destroy the mecha bay, reload that save.
If the construction yard is destroyed, another can be built from that mecha bay. If however you destroy both the mecha bay and the construction yard but not the dojo, carry on. All they can do now is build infantry. Just keep spamming them with anti-infantry (Mecha Tengu) and they can do nothing about it.
I did this on my first try, in a time of 3 minutes 55 seconds.
If you rush your opponent and win the game in under 5 minutes, you will also pick up another achievement!

I did this method and got the achievement on my first attempt.
Repeated my own solution about 3 times and NEVER saw a single dragonfly.
You probably took too long to attack: you need to be *really* fast at getting those TBs out.
Which is why I mentioned I had completely eradicated everything less than 4 minutes after starting.

I also had dragonflies attack since I was getting to them too late... then I moved the waypoint for soldiers spawning, to the center of the map... As soon as I ran out of money, I attacked and let a few remaining soldiers trickle in to help the attack.

No crates
Opponent: Naomi (Brutal)
Building sequence:
Build a Crusher Crane
With the Crusher Crane, build a Reactor; with the MCV build another Crusher Crane
Use the 2 Crusher Cranes to Build Ore Refineries
Use the MCV to Build a Super Reactor
As soon as the Super Reactor is up, build 3 Airfields
While the airfields are building set the rally points all together for convenience
From each airfield, queue 10-15 Twinblades; build more airfields and repeat
As soon as you have about 12 Twinblades, attack the enemy base. Order of destruction: MCV first and any cores spilling out of it, Docks (due to Seawings), anything else that can build units. You may also want to destroy any turrets that get in your way. While you're doing that you should have another Twinblade wave, send it in and continue the destruction until everything is gone.
