How to unlock the Twin Tigers achievement in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Definitive Guide
If you are doing the campaign on hard, doing it with a co-op partner is so much easier. You can coordinate attacks on key structures much easier. Also, you can use the game's "battlefield expanded" feature to your advantage. You and your partner can wait to trigger the next part of the mission until you have built up your forces and are absolutely ready. Your co-op partner won't waste time building unnecessary units as well. I played through the campaign on medium and had difficulty with several missions using the AI as my partner. I went through on Hard with a friend and those missions were much easier.

I disagree. I just finished Hard mode solo and I don't think having a second person would've helped too much. Simply because there were a lot of times that I ended up reloading a save to fix an issue that happened simply due to dumb luck on the part of the AI.
Granted, there are times, such as the Leningrad mission where having a truly competent assistant would be awesome, but it is still possible solo. And then there's the final mission of the Rising Sun campaign, that would be much better with a second person to hold off attacking some of the structures.
All in all, I'd rather run the coop missions on Easy, simply for the time factor. After running through them on Medium and Hard solo, I just want to be done with the game. *shrug*

I did this with my friend just today and after the second campaign, he stopped getting the achievement for Twin Tiger. It might be glitched, however, it could be that only the host receives it because I received it no problem.
With regards to the gameplay, just coordinate with your co-commander and play on easy.
Here is the guide that we followed if we ever got stuck in case you want it: http://faqs.ign.com/articles/941/941246p1.html
The only mission that really bogged us down was Mt. Rushmore for the Allied campaign.
The time that it takes will vary from person to person. If you follow the guide you should be in pretty good shape.
Good luck, enjoy the scantily dressed women ;)

My achievement didn't pop for dynamic duo, any idea on how to fix the glitch?

Unobtainable due to server closure
This trophy requires you to beat all 27 storyline missions while playing online with a human partner. This can be done on any difficulty. This can also be done in unison with "Tempus Fugit," "The Cleaner," "The Closer," "The Conqueror," and "Master and Commander."
