Route E is the secret joke ending. To attain on go to Level 3. (Doesn't matter what choice you made stage 1, the junkyard is always played). After the junk robot you'll go down an incline with some turrets. At the end will be a door you would normally shoot to fight the hacker. Instead of that climb the wall above that door and accept the prize fights. You'll fight 3 minibosses. I used Fang's B weapon to make short work of them. After you defeat the last boss the ending is attained.

A tip for those trying to save some time. Play towards one of the other endings and make a quick save before the hacker room. Now, go for ending E without making another save. Once you get the achievement, quickload back to the door and continue with that run.
