1. Connect the clock's output to the xor gate.
2. Connect the xor gate's output to the not gate.
3. Connect the not gate's output to the counter.
4. Connect the not gate's output to the xor gate.

Here is a very simple method to use that can be achieved from the start:
1. Place an Impluse Chip
2. Place a XOR Chip to the right of the Impulse Chip
3. Place a NOT Chip to the right and slightly lower of the XOR Chip
4. Place a Counter Chip to the right of the NOT Chip
5. Place a Timer Chip to the right of the Counter Chip and add 10 seconds by pressing the
.6. Use Wire to connect the following in order~
-Impulse chip connected to the XOR Chip (Top connector)
-XOR Chip connected to the NOT Chip
-NOT Chip connected to the Counter Chip
-NOT Chip also connected back to the left side of the XOR Chip on the bottom connector
7. Press

The trick on this when you do it is to make sure each item falls into the Zone of the & piece at a seperate time then anyof the other pieces as the OR Chip can only send 1 signal at a time and the other chips will be sending one every .25 seconds so if every piece starts in the zone of the & Chip then you are only sending 1 signal every .25 seconds but if they all enter the zone of their & Chip at different times the signal gets sent out from .25 seconds after the item enters and enables you to send out signals faster then every .25 seconds

Here is a very simple method to use that can be achieved from the start:

You'll first need to unlock the editor by solving the first five puzzles of the "Rigid Basics" pack in puzzle mode. See Perfect Puzzler if you need help with this. Once you have access to the editor, begin creating a new level. Credit for the following method goes to spyderman1. Go to page 4 of your inventory where the various chips can be found. Start by placing an Impulse chip (chip that has a digital display on the bottom with a circle with a line through it above it) in your level. Second, place a XOR chip (chip with an X on it) to the right of your Impulse chip. Third, place a NOT chip (chip with a ! on it) to the right of the XOR chip. Fourth, take a Counter with Display (chip that has a display of three 0's surrounded by a purple border on top of it) to the right of the NOT chip. Finally, take the wire and link the chips together. Link the output of the Impulse chip to one of the inputs of the XOR chip. Link the output of the XOR chip to the input of the NOT chip. Link the output of the NOT chip into both the input of the counter and the second input of the XOR chip. Once everything is placed and connected, start the machine. Your counter should reach 200 in far less than ten seconds and the trophy will unlock.
