The videos above will show you the route but you'll need to be using the following techniques.
Crazy Dash - absolutely essential for S-S. The way I do them is to press A (whilst coming off of RT), wait about half a second and the press B+RT together (maybe fractionally press B before RT but together usually works as well).
A > 0.5 sec pause > B + RT
People don't usually mention the pause (it's slightly counter-intuitive).
(there is a weaker move you can do that doesn't use A but it simply isn't good enough for this stage)
Crazy Stop - decelerate with LT, press A to sharpen up your stop at the end. I missed out on one attempt whilst inside the finish area.
Don't bother with the Crazy Drift move (the quick turn that you'll have mastered for the bowling challenge). You can hit cars and still make the time limit and you can bounce your way around corners. You don't need a perfect run.

Crazy Dash: Press the
button to have your car in reverse. Then press the 
to have your car on drive. Right as you enter drive, hit the 
to accelerate. This will perform a crazy dash. There's a Challange 1-1 of the crazy box that will help you understand this move better. Crazy Drift: if you press the
then right after another and hold, your car will slide. This move gives you points and also allows you to make sharp turns.Know the map: Seleft ARCADE and learn the map a bit. Certain land marks will help you pass this challenge.
Avoid cars and obstacles. The traffic is turned high for this challenge.
Know your check points. If you've reached a check point and your timer is green, you're good to go. If its yellow, rush to the next checkpoint or restart. If it's red, you NEED to restart.

Once you've completed all the 15 crazy box stages the final stage will unlock, S-S.
This is the toughest trophy in the game without a doubt. You start with a passenger and four minutes on the clock, but it’s in expert mode so there are no visible checkpoints and an insane amount of traffic on the road. Here's a youtube video I found showing the fastest route. Once you have this route memorized it’s all a matter of following it to the end and hitting as little traffic as possible on the way; that's where you make and lose time.

The Crazy Box Stages are 16 stages that will test your skills, you need to be good at boosting and drifting to complete all 16 of them. By pressing start while highlighting a stage will pop up a window with some good info and a short explanation of what to do. There's no need to reach the top spot in any of the stages, you just need to finish the stage within the time or score limit.

To beat them all you need to have patience, none of them are difficult if you know how to perform the crazy dash, the crazy drift and the crazy stop. Remember that your car doesn't have to be completely in the green pick up/drop off box, one small inch is enough to pick up or drop off costumers.
The Crazy Bowling is probably the only stage that will cause some problems for a few. Don't go head on towards the bowling pins, always try to hit the outer row of pins while performing a crazy dash. Hopefully this way you'll hit all the pins and it's easier to get back on track again.

This move can be done while driving to give you a 2-3 seconds boost, best to use this all the time while driving and after picking up/dropping off costumers.
Crazy Stop
Go into reverse and press the brake button to come to a quick stop. It's helpful to pick up and drop of costumers quickly.

It's harder to recover after a crazy drift like this but it's easier to pull off.
Great for quick corners without losing too much speed, a must to master if you want to complete the later crazy box stages.

Level S-2: you need to deliver the passenger to the last level of a multi-level parking lot, use Crazy Dash and conquer level after level, nothing difficult.
Level S-3: you need to pick up 7 passengers and bring them to the drop-off point. When you start the level, you will see a springboard; you should not jump on it (until you pick up 5 passengers in the area below). If you stand at the start, the first is to the left of the jump, the second is to the right, the third is at the top of the mountain to your left, the fourth is behind you in the car parking lot, the fifth is on the mountain to your right, the other two are on the second level, behind the jump, to the left and on right. You pick up everyone and take them to the end of the location. The main thing here is to speed up and be sure to speed up before jumping from a springboard.
Level SS: you need to travel around the entire city in the allotted time, the route is divided into checkpoints, where you are shown the time in color form (if it’s green, then everything is OK, yellow, we need to speed up, red, it’s time to “turn on the afterburner”). The main principle is the ideal route (you will understand as you have unsuccessful races, or watch the video on YouTube), we take shortcuts wherever possible, we do Crazy Dash and Crazy Cut all the time.
The map is the same as in arcade mode. In a 10-minute session, you can slowly familiarize yourself with the route; the starting point in arcade mode is the same. It is better to choose Gus or Gina, they have the narrowest cars, which will avoid collisions.
The complexity of the route is mainly due to heavy traffic and the peculiarity of the game that vehicles appear at a short distance from the player or in close proximity, all of which leads to numerous collisions and loss of time. The most difficult section is from Fire Station to the finish, the configuration of the section is simple, but the steep climbs on the straight and blind turns then make it impossible to see the traffic. Go around the traffic, where possible, on the sides and sidewalks, but be careful, cars are often parked on them. Use the springboards to fly over the cars (they are marked with red lines on the map).
