For this achievement you must Clear Stage 16 by eating up all 3 foods without using any item.
In order to accomplish this you need to take all corners without stall. Notice that there are three corners on the outside of the map that have stone pillars around them and the rest of the corners on the bottom left and inside do not. When you use too much speed before a stone pillar you slam into it. When you use too much speed before a regular corner you lean over it. Both cause you to lose a few seconds. It is crucial that you don't allow this to happen even once. Also know that too much speed before the food will cause it to shoot off the map. Refer to the animation above your head to comfirm that you have collected the food.
When you acquire the first food which is a pumpkin located at the bottom left corner you want to take a right and then speed to the top. At this time you need to pass your opponent without being hit by his boomerang or any other items he may have. Once you reach the top, speed all the way over to the right pumpkin. Then go down, take a left and speed to collect the final pumpkin and another achievement.
