To get this achievement you must complete 150 dog tags, heres a list of them all;

Since the very helpful guide above covers only the Award and Medal types of dog tags, I thought an overview was in order. Also, the glitchy nature of this achievement will be addressed.

There are 256 possible dog tags you may earn or unlock, spread across four categories: General, Mystery, Medals, and Awards. You begin the game with the General tab - all those country flags - completely unlocked, giving you a head start of 64 dog tags.

To unlock Mystery dog tags, you earn "unlock tokens" naturally through ranking up, averaging about 1.5 per level (sometimes you'll earn one token, sometimes two). You must actively use these tokens to unlock the Mystery dog tags. (I unlocked this achievement while at rank 20, with my Mystery count at 30.)

NON-CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS ACHIEVEMENT: The collectible dog tags from the single-player campaign have nothing to do with your multiplayer dog tag total. Neither do those dog tags picked up off the ground near enemy corpses in multiplayer matches; those are only for earning Support Bonuses like radar and orbital strikes.

As for the GLITCHY nature of this achievement, perhaps I have some insight: My 150th dog tag was a Mystery unlock, earned through ranking up, but the achievement failed to pop.

My 151st dog tag, however, was a Medal earned in-game. Boom!, the achievement popped the moment I ripped off my hundredth mounted weapon to earn the Arms of Steel dog tag. I conclude that you shouldn't count on a Mystery token redemption to do it for you; it might only pop while earning a Medal or Award dog tag in-game.

(If others can refute this theory, confirming they unlocked the cheevo using a Mystery token, I'd be happy to withdraw this section. But I might be onto something...)

Unlock Dog Tags by collecting them while playing online, or completing challenges. Simply buy/unlock 150 unique tags from the 'Dog Tags' area under operative status, and this achievement is yours.
