Crysis 2

This achievement is very simple. Just play through 3 FULL games of xbox live multiplayer. Any mode,Any map.
P.S, If u get lagged out your match wont count.

This post will work as a FIX and a WARNING.

Please read completely before attempting anything.

I had this achievement glitch on me and this is what I did:

1- Copy your SAVED GAME to an USB drive.
2- Unplug the USB drive so you don't mess up.
3- Delete your SAVED GAME in the hard disk (and everything related to the game to make sure)
4- Clear your cache.

When you start the game and go to the multiplayer menu you will be at level 1. Just play three full games and it should unlock.

Now, go to your memory xbox's memory settings and delete again your new saved game. Plug your USB drive in and copy your old save back to the hard drive.

In theory, everything should be back to normal. But that's NOT the case.

Even though I had the single player back to normal (collectables and stuff) the multiplayer was a different story.

I was at level 4 (what I got by playing my "first" 3 games) and everything else was reset, medals, dog tags unlocks, etc.

So the moral to the story is that If you're willing to sacrifice your progress this will work. Or if you're at a low level, it's worth it, because there's no other fix.

If you have this achievement glitch on you and you're at a high level or don't want to sacrify your progress, I would recommend to just get every other achievemnt and leave this one for last.

This is an elaborated and more up to date version of Revelation1318's solution.

I had this achievement glitch on me and tried to follow his solution as best as I can, but there were a few additional steps I had to do. I have listed all of the steps I did to reset my multiplayer stats and unlock this achievement.

1. Copy your SAVED GAME to an USB drive.

2. Unplug the USB drive.

3. Delete your SAVED GAME and the UPDATE in the hard disk drive.

4. Clear your system cache on your hard disk drive.

5. Turn your console off and then turn it back on.

6. Boot up Crysis 2. You will get disconnected from Xbox Live and be asked to download an update. Now here's the important bit. Instead of updating the game, press Cancel.

7. Start the game, go to the main menu and click on Multiplayer. You should see a message telling you that you need to connect to Xbox Live to play multiplayer. Keep that message up there.

8. While that message is still up there, press the Xbox button on your controller and sign back into your Xbox Live account you want to unlock this achievement on.

9. Now go back into multiplayer. All of your stats should be reset and you should be level 1 again.

10. Finally, play three Xbox Live matches and this achievement should unlock.

I hope this helps anyone who came across this glitch like I did.

A glitch discovered by the TA user Sudden Fall allows you to start a public match by yourself which means that you don't need a party of 6 anymore.

For those having a hard time to pull of the glitch: the key is to keep switching between public and private modes fairly quickly until the game gives you the option to start a public match by yourself. I recorded this clip to show you how it's done. I hope it will help.

Now that you know how the glitch works just start a public match in any game mode by using the glitch and let the timer runs out once you are in the game. Do this 3 times and the achievement will unlock.

You will also unlock the League of Your Own achievement if you haven't already after completing your first match as you were the only player in the game.
