This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed.

SPOILER

Mission: Assault
Once you have landed with the VTOL you will get the quest to destroy some AA guns wich are troublesome for your reinforcements. The first one will be in plain sight if you follow the street: the second one can be found in a little outpost to your right if you follow the street. The last one can be found in the middle of the harbor. If you don´t want to use your ammo on them justthrow some explosive barrels close to them and use 1 shot of your pistol (they will all be destroyed after two barrels). Just be careful cause i always got a helicopter to go after me when i destroyed one of those AA guns.

There are also explosive charges nearby that you can pick up and plant on the AA guns. They blow up with just one of them.

Missile launchers work great also because there was always spare missile ammo close to each of the 3 guns.

This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed.
You'll get this trophy early in Chapter 4. The first task you are given at the beginning of the chapter is to take out 2 AA guns and then after you do that there is 1 more that shows up that you need to destroy. After you take out all 3 the trophy is yours.
