Once you start a case, you can access the Case File from your cell phone / PDA (in the lower left corner of the screen). In the Case File, select a movie clip that you have already watched (like the introduction to a case, or any other sequence linked to the case). Listen to the whole clip.
Once you back out of your PDA, the achievement will unlock.

Click on your PDA located at the bottom left of your screen and select Case File > Reconstructions > Any Video to unlock the trophy.
