this one is very easy , you juste have to enter the options in your phone menu and the achivement pop just after exiting the menu!!!

Beware, NOT the options in the main menu, but in the game.

Click on your PDA located at the bottom left of your screen and select Options to unlock the trophy.

Click onto your PDA and then click on the "Options Menu" icon. You do not have to change any settings for this achievement. This achievement will unlock after exiting the "Options Menu".
