Pretty straightforward achievement. One tip: you can unlock the weapons and then force-quit the game after getting the achievement to get your Jade Rings back. The weapons will be locked again, of course, but you'll have the achievement.
Details:
The second tab of your unlocks, accessed from the starting room in the center area, is "Forsaken Weaponry." Obtain Jade Rings by beating the bosses, and spend them to unlock these weapons. Some weapons you first have to find in the temple randomly to be able to unlock them, but this will happen pretty quickly for most of them. You can either just keep playing until you have unlocked 20 weapons you actually like, or the first time you have enough Jade Rings you can unlock a bunch of cheap 5-ring weapons and then quit out from the dashboard before starting a run to get your resources back. After all, why wait for the achievement when you can get it right now?
