How to unlock the Breathtaking achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide

There is a total of 6 items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand that you must collect in order to unlock this achievement. 1 item is missable (Johnny's Pants) see below.

* After completing the main story mission “Tapeworm” which is at the start of Act 3 of the story, you will get the “Chippin’ In” side job (no matter what dialogue choice you use).

Johnny's Tank Top - Automatically obtained after completing the main story mission “Tapeworm”. It will be in your inventory (Upper Body/Inner Torso).
Johnny’s Aviators - Automatically obtained in the side job “Chippin’ In”. It will be in your inventory (Head/Face).
Johnny’s Jacket (Replica of Johnny's Samurai Jacket) - Automatically obtained in the side job “Chippin’ In”. It will be automatically equipped.
Johnny’s Gun (Malorian Arms 3516) - Obtained by picking it up from the floor beside Grayson (“Take gun” option in dialogue) in the side job “Chippin’ In”. It will be automatically equipped.
Johnny’s Car (Porsche 911 II Turbo) *NOT REQUIRED FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT* - Obtained in the side job “Chippin’ In” by getting the access card from Grayson by either not drawing your weapon on him (“Put weapon away” option in dialogue) then following the rest of the objectives in the side job or by killing Grayson then looting the access card off of him and finding the car yourself by lowering the crane. Johnny's car is not required for unlocking the achievement.
Johnny’s Pants *MISSABLE* - Obtained during the Gig “Psychofan”. After getting off the elevator and going inside apartment 1702, it can be found in a suitcase in the bedroom upstairs. The Gig “Psychofan” is located in southeastern The Glen, Heywood.

This Gig should appear for you early on in the game.

This item is missable because you will not be able to re-enter the elevator that takes you to apartment 1702 after you complete the Gig.

Location:
Johnny’s Shoes - Obtained during the Gig: “Family Heirloom”. It is looted from the same locker the bootleg recording/bootleg shard (which is the objective) is in. The Gig “Family Heirloom” is located in southeastern Charter Hill, Westbrook.

You must reach Street Cred level 37 for this Gig to appear.

For Johnny's Porsche 911, you can still get it even if you kill Grayson. You just need to loot his body to get the access card, then go lower the crane like you normally would.

Can also confirm you can go back and get the car. Killed Grayson, stole the card and somehow missed the car. Went back to the boat hours later and was able to still get the car. The boat is at Ebunike Docks

This achievement is 1/7 that IS MISSABLE.
Breathtaking – Johnny’s Pants can only be found during Gig “Psychofan” in Heywood. Can’t return there after the Gig.

If you complete “The Sun” ending and select “One more go” after the credits, you load back in right before “The point of no return” with all of Johnny’s clothes in your inventory. I don’t know if it will help with this achievement but I thought it should be noted. If anyone wanted to look further into this.

Just a heads up for anyone that finished Chipping In and may have accidentally deleted your Pistol, you can still unlock the achievement after acquiring all items, even if you don't have the Pistol anymore.

Johnny's car is not needed. I got this as soon as I got the jacket. You can still get the car anyway if you Kill Grayson and drop the container.

For the Gig: Psycho Fan - it didn't appear in my journal for jobs, instead, I drove to the location on that map as it was a 'Secret' labelled on the map. As soon as I went near the area the gig appeared.

I got it with out the car, I even thought I had missed Johnny's Pants as I was thinking it was tied to a story mission where you play as him, it wasn't until I read again and saw it was a Gig, and i've never been there before to start it.

For Johnny's Shoes, looks like you have to meet with Rogue before the "Family Heirloom" gig will show up on the map. At least that was the case for me (my Street Cred is 50).

So you need to have them all in your inventory at onde for the cheevo to pop? Or is it enough to just have picked them up? Think I might have sold one of these items :(

edit: You can't sell them, they have an Mission Item Exclamation mark in them. It was still in my inventory, I just didn't see it :P

To add here, not sure if this was changed since a recent update, but for Gig: Family Heirloom to appear, you need to complete all the Gig's in Westbrook for Wakako. Her last Gig is Defiled Shrine. Afterwards Family Heirloom appears on the map and Rogue calls you when you approach it.

The family heirloom mission is a side job (orange exclamation mark) that appears after progressing the story with Panam. The psychofan mission is a gig (green exclamation mark) that doesn’t tell you it’s name until you are close enough to it (as mentioned, it’s in The Glen in Heywood).

I finally got Psychofan to come up after I started filtering the map to show possible gigs and going to those locations. After maybe 5 in the Heywood area I ended up getting this gig.

to get Family Heirloom from Rogue, you have to do all 8/8 of the gigs in the area, with the last one being A Shrine Defiled - and apparently have 37 street cred. Then the blue gig box will show up in the correct spot on the map.

Don't listen to Tim97NSX. You CAN kill Grayson and get Johnny's car. You do the same thing except there is no mission telling you where to go. You kill and loot greyson, go to the console, and activate it for the car.

If you go to fingers the ripper doc you can buy upgrades that basically lets jump and hover, paired with double jump and such it might be possible to use these to get back into the apartment for the trousers if you miss it. Saw a video on YouTube of a guy scaling huge buildings with it. Might be worth looking it up see if it’s possible to get back into the apartment.

Never got the mission psychofan… I’m stuck with the pants, also I’m stuck on Heywood completion because this mission is missing…

Edit: I was able to enter the building and reach the location by the roof. So I was able to take the pants and the guitar but… no mission! This bug is awful!

There are 6 items to collect:
- Johnny's aviators
- Replica of Johnny's Samurai jacket
- Johnny's tank top
- Malorian Arms 3516
- Johnny's pants - Obtained during "Gig: Psychofan" (missable)
- Johnny's shoes - Obtained during "Gig: Family Heirloom" (missable)

Johnny Silverhand's car can be obtained during "Chippin' In" but it's not required for the achievement

To unlock Johnny's pants you need to do the "Gig: Psychofan", it's a side quest given by Sebastian "Padre" Ibarra , you will need to do the first 4 gigs for 3 others to appear, one of those new 3 is "Gig: Psychofan". You can get the pants once you reach the objective "Find Kerry Eurodyne's guitar", before taking that guitar check the room next to the one where the guitar is and you will see a suitcase with the pants in it. If you're not stuck somewhere I recommend checking a YouTube video about the gig. Just remember that you can't go back to take the pants again if you miss them during the gig.

To unlock Johnny's shoes you need to do the "Gig: Family Heirloom", it's a side quest given by Rogue Amendiares, to get this gig, you must complete Wakako Okada's gigs and you will need to be Street Creed 35 or more. Once you're doing the gig the shoes are kinda hard to miss since you got to loot a stash to continue the quest and the shoes are in that same stash, you can also check a YouTube video about it.

YOU CAN MANUALLY SAVE THE GAME BEFORE STARTING THE 2 GIGS IN CASE YOU NEED THE PANTS OR THE SHOES SO YOU CAN RELOAD THE SAVE LATER.

The latest updates allow you to re-enter the psychofan's apartment after the gig to get the pants. Don't know about the shoes.

MISSABLE

For this, you are required to collect a set of items that belonged to Johnny. Some you unlock naturally over the course of the main missions, and some others on side gigs. This is marked as possibly missable because you are able to dismantle Johnny's gun, which could lead to miss this trophy if you do that before collecting the other items.

The items you need to find are:
  • Johnny's gun (Malorian Arms 3516): after defeating Greyson during Chippin' in (see Bushido and Chill trophy_bronze.png )
  • Johnny's jacket (Replica of Johnny's Samurai Jacket): automatically unlocked at the start of Chippin' in (see Bushido and Chill trophy_bronze.png)
  • Johnny's Tank Top: Automatically unlocked at the end of Search and Destroy and Tapeworm main missions
  • Johnny's aviators: Automatically unlocked during Chippin' in (see Bushido and Chill trophy_bronze.png)
  • Johnny's pants: During the Psychofan gig. It is located in The Glen area in Heywood, West of the El Coyote Cojo travel point. During this mission, when reaching the appartment, search a suitcase in the bedroom upstairs, you should see a yellow exclamation mark to help you, even though it is not an objective to this gig. <- MISSABLE, because you can't come back here outside the gig.
  • Johnny's shoes: During the Family Heirloom gig. It is located in the south of Charter Hill area in Westbrook, East of Dynalar travel point. You need level 4 Street Cred to unlock it. You will find the shoes in a locker in the objective's location, you should see a yellow exclamation mark to help you.

*MISSABLE*

There are a total of 6 items that need to be collected for this achievement, one of which is missable. During the main job 'Search and Destroy' you will automatically be given Johnny's dog tags. I'm not sure if they are required, but they're unmissable, so I haven't included them in the six required for this achievement. Two important notes:
  • Johnny's car, which is obtained during the 'Chippin' In' side job, is not required for this achievement.
  • Johnny's gun can be dismantled after you've obtained it without affecting this achievement. Once the gun gets added to your inventory, you get permanent credit for it no matter what you do with it.

At the end of Act 2 you'll play through another 'Tapeworm' main job. During this job, Johnny will give you access to the side job 'Chippin' In.' During this job you can get five more items.

  1. You'll automatically be given Johnny's shirt when you finish the job 'Tapeworm' and start 'Chippin' In.'
  2. Johnny's sunglasses will be given to you automatically during the job 'Chippin' In.'
  3. At the end of the job when you're talking to Grayson, make sure to pick up Johnny's gun.
  4. At the end of the job, Rogue will give you Johnny's jacket.
The final two items both are obtained during gigs.

  1. During the gig 'Psychofan,' which is located in southeastern The Glen in Heywood, you'll break into an apartment. In the bedroom just outside the objective room is a container which will get marked with a yellow objective marker. Loot it to find Johnny's pants. These are missable, as you can't enter this apartment again after completing the gig.
  2. During the gig 'Family Heirloom,' located in southeastern Charter Hill in Westbrook, you'll be tasked with looting a bootleg recording. In the same loot container as the recording are Johnny's shoes, making them practically unmissable during this gig. You can return here later to get them if you miss them.
Once you've obtained all 8 items, this achievement will unlock.

There are only 7 items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand that you must collect to unlock this achievement.

Johnny's T-shirt - automatically obtained in the main story mission "Metamorphoses".

Johnny's Aviators - automatically obtained in the additional task "In the Footsteps of the Past".

A copy of Johnny's samurai jacket - automatically obtained in the additional task "In the Footsteps of the Past."

Johnny Silverhand's pistol (Malorian Arms 3516) - can be obtained by picking it up from the floor next to Grayson (option "Pick up a pistol") in the additional task "In the Footsteps of the Past".

Johnny Silverhand's car (Porsche 911 Turbo) - can be obtained without killing Grayson (the "Remove weapons" option) and then completing the remaining objectives in the additional task "In the Footsteps of the Past".

Johnny Pants - Can be obtained when ordering Psychofan. After getting off the elevator in apartment 1702, in a suitcase in the upstairs bedroom. The Psychofan Order is located in the southeast of the Glen, Heywood.

Johnny's Boots - Obtained during the "Family Heirloom" order. It is located in the same locker where the recording (which is the target) is located. The Heirloom Order is located in the south east of Charter Hill, Westbrook. You must reach Reputation level 38 for this order to appear.

If getting Johnny's car doesn't affect getting the trophy, I killed the dude so as not to spoil the relationship with Johnny and Bestia (needed for the secret ending), didn't take the car and they gave me the trophy. Needed: revolver, Aviator glasses, jacket, T-shirt, pants and boots.

If you collect a card from the dead man and approach the large lift from the side of the ship, a container will lower down with a car in it. You can do it right after killing him.

Version 1.5, if the quest for boots does not appear, we do all Wakako’s orders. If there is no order from the padre for pants, just beat all his tasks that are displayed and then it will appear.

I can say for sure that Johnny’s car does not affect the trophy!
I got the trophy when I picked up Johnny's gun before the dialogue with Grayson, that is, when the car is not even mentioned in the dialogue yet.

Ps5 version 1.5 subsequently 1.52. In the metamorphosis mission, Johnny refused to give him a body. Having arrived in the afterlife, I still had to give up my body according to the plot. I collected all the things without any problems while completing all the missions and clearing the map.

Patch 2.0. I collected all my clothes (pants, boots, jacket and glasses are given for quests), the trophy fell out as soon as I picked up the pistol. Therefore, you don't need a car.

If your Heirloom order doesn't show up, don't worry. You just need to complete all the orders of the fixer Wakako Okada. Afterwards she will send a message that she is super cool and the required quest will be available.
So, in general, for all fixer tasks, after completing them, 1 Bestia quest appears in the area.

Johnny's car is not needed for the trophy - 100%!
Having just picked up Johnny's gun, the trophy fell out. The task "Psychophan" has already been completed.
The task "In the Footsteps of the Past" and "Metamorphosis" at the very end of the story before the final task "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
We just choose him first and then we can go to the finals.
