Johnny's car is not required for unlocking the achievement.
Johnny’s Pants *MISSABLE* - Obtained during the Gig “Psychofan”. After getting off the elevator and going inside apartment 1702, it can be found in a suitcase in the bedroom upstairs. The Gig “Psychofan” is located in southeastern The Glen, Heywood.

There are 6 items to collect:
- Johnny's aviators
- Replica of Johnny's Samurai jacket
- Johnny's tank top
- Malorian Arms 3516
- Johnny's pants - Obtained during "Gig: Psychofan" (missable)
- Johnny's shoes - Obtained during "Gig: Family Heirloom" (missable)
Johnny Silverhand's car can be obtained during "Chippin' In" but it's not required for the achievement
To unlock Johnny's pants you need to do the "Gig: Psychofan", it's a side quest given by Sebastian "Padre" Ibarra , you will need to do the first 4 gigs for 3 others to appear, one of those new 3 is "Gig: Psychofan". You can get the pants once you reach the objective "Find Kerry Eurodyne's guitar", before taking that guitar check the room next to the one where the guitar is and you will see a suitcase with the pants in it. If you're not stuck somewhere I recommend checking a YouTube video about the gig. Just remember that you can't go back to take the pants again if you miss them during the gig.
To unlock Johnny's shoes you need to do the "Gig: Family Heirloom", it's a side quest given by Rogue Amendiares, to get this gig, you must complete Wakako Okada's gigs and you will need to be Street Creed 35 or more. Once you're doing the gig the shoes are kinda hard to miss since you got to loot a stash to continue the quest and the shoes are in that same stash, you can also check a YouTube video about it.
YOU CAN MANUALLY SAVE THE GAME BEFORE STARTING THE 2 GIGS IN CASE YOU NEED THE PANTS OR THE SHOES SO YOU CAN RELOAD THE SAVE LATER.

The latest updates allow you to re-enter the psychofan's apartment after the gig to get the pants. Don't know about the shoes.

MISSABLE
For this, you are required to collect a set of items that belonged to Johnny. Some you unlock naturally over the course of the main missions, and some others on side gigs. This is marked as possibly missable because you are able to dismantle Johnny's gun, which could lead to miss this trophy if you do that before collecting the other items.

During this mission, when reaching the appartment, search a suitcase in the bedroom upstairs, you should see a yellow exclamation mark to help you, even though it is not an objective to this gig. <- MISSABLE, because you can't come back here outside the gig.

You will find the shoes in a locker in the objective's location, you should see a yellow exclamation mark to help you.
*MISSABLE*
There are a total of 6 items that need to be collected for this achievement, one of which is missable. During the main job 'Search and Destroy' you will automatically be given Johnny's dog tags. I'm not sure if they are required, but they're unmissable, so I haven't included them in the six required for this achievement. Two important notes:
At the end of Act 2 you'll play through another 'Tapeworm' main job. During this job, Johnny will give you access to the side job 'Chippin' In.' During this job you can get five more items.

- Johnny's car, which is obtained during the 'Chippin' In' side job, is not required for this achievement.
- Johnny's gun can be dismantled after you've obtained it without affecting this achievement. Once the gun gets added to your inventory, you get permanent credit for it no matter what you do with it.

- You'll automatically be given Johnny's shirt when you finish the job 'Tapeworm' and start 'Chippin' In.'
- Johnny's sunglasses will be given to you automatically during the job 'Chippin' In.'
- At the end of the job when you're talking to Grayson, make sure to pick up Johnny's gun.
- At the end of the job, Rogue will give you Johnny's jacket.
- During the gig 'Psychofan,' which is located in southeastern The Glen in Heywood, you'll break into an apartment. In the bedroom just outside the objective room is a container which will get marked with a yellow objective marker. Loot it to find Johnny's pants. These are missable, as you can't enter this apartment again after completing the gig.
- During the gig 'Family Heirloom,' located in southeastern Charter Hill in Westbrook, you'll be tasked with looting a bootleg recording. In the same loot container as the recording are Johnny's shoes, making them practically unmissable during this gig. You can return here later to get them if you miss them.

If getting Johnny's car doesn't affect getting the trophy, I killed the dude so as not to spoil the relationship with Johnny and Bestia (needed for the secret ending), didn't take the car and they gave me the trophy. Needed: revolver, Aviator glasses, jacket, T-shirt, pants and boots.
If you collect a card from the dead man and approach the large lift from the side of the ship, a container will lower down with a car in it. You can do it right after killing him.

Johnny's car is not needed for the trophy - 100%!
Having just picked up Johnny's gun, the trophy fell out. The task "Psychophan" has already been completed.
The task "In the Footsteps of the Past" and "Metamorphosis" at the very end of the story before the final task "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
We just choose him first and then we can go to the finals.
