Sorry, I just wanted to say this worked fine for me as well. Just that I wasn't overly paying attention to the story. Thank you for posting this guide!

So, if you save Takamura, can you not do the other endings?

Can someone pleaaase make a full guide to get every secret achievement from the beginning to the end without messing somethin up big time 🙈

When to make a manual safe - when to load back up a safegame to choose a diffrent path - what side-missions have to be completed before entering a specific main-mission and so on...
I will miss something 100% and kick myself afterwards 😂

All you have to do is save Takemura as described above (that's the first point of no return, you have to make a save before you go meet him after you abduct Hanako), then is finish Panam's and Rogue's quest lines to have them available as options. The point of no return, aside from Takemura, is before you start the Nocturne Op55n1 quest, the game will warn you. Technically, the latest you can make a manual save that will allow you to access all endings (provided you fulfilled the prerequisites to make them available - Takemura is alive, and both Panam and Rogue are available) is on the roof where Misty takes you JUST BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN.

I hate missable achievements 😂 and to think at the time when I was forced to leave the building, I had a feeling I could find his body and save him but I followed Johnny out in such urgency. Now I’m 43/44 achievements and to get this, I’ll have to start a new save :/

OnAirJannick The only other achievements that are missable are related to not having the right stats for implants, perks, and levels. So if you stock up on a bunch of skill points and make a save you can pretty easily get everything.

Do people not save throughout the game? Like some people are saying they have to start a whole new game why don’t you do manual saves periodically instead so you don’t have to start at the beginning

@Cluxsy When I started playing Cyberpunk, I quickly checked PowerPyx' guide to see if there are missable achievements. At that time I guess he wasn't aware of this achievement, so I didn't take it into account and just played through the gaming without making manual saves as the game automatically saves pretty often

There's something I'm missing here. Everywhere I read says there are only 3 things you need to do, then this ending becomes unmissable. Save Takemura, then pick the two dialog choices. I did this, and never even came across anymore scenes with Takemura in them. There is obviously something more than just those 3 steps...

EDIT: On second attempt, I see where I went wrong, there's a 3rd required dialog. You have to call arusaka and accept the offer. May seem obvious, but if you're only half paying attention to the story, not so much.

Not sure if there is any chance of completing the game in 6-8 hours. I just finished the game once again to get this last achievement. Done only main story quests, rushing as much as possible, skipping almost all dialogues and it took me 11 hours.

"Choose "Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it"

Next choose "Take some Omega Blockers". This will now force you on a linear path that will guarantee you'll unlock it."

Not 100% correct. I did all this and then had the option to get panam to help. I thought for sure, why not. It put me on the other story path(s).
You have also "CALL Hanaki and accept offer"

Don't listen to comments. It doesn't take anywhere near as long as they are saying to re-complete the main quest, especially if you are only playing main jobs this should go quickly. Search and Destory & Nocturne Op55N1 quests are literally back-to-back and might as well be 5 seconds apart. Only way to screw this up is not saving Takemura and overwriting all your saves

If this doesn't pop for you, or rather to avoid this bugging out, make a save right before you go down the lift with Hellman after meeting Yorinobu. The achievement is supposed to pop the moment you lose all your eddies and awaken in Cyberspace. If it doesn't, power cycle your xbox and reload the game (make sure its not on quick resume), and it should pop for you.

Saying this because I just had to do the very same.

Had the same issue as IzunaDropped; saved Takemura earlier on but the achievement didn't pop. Closed the game, restarted the Xbox and loaded an autosave from the Adam Smasher battle. Achievement popped as soon as the eddies had gone and you could see cyberspace.

Didn't even know you could save Goro. He got smashed, I thought. Never gave me the option to go get him. Would have been great to know this FROM THE GAME. I didn't follow a guide, so I got screwed on this one.

It certainly can be. Depend which setups you have. You can hack and slash rather than run and gun which saves a tonne of time. Current world record is less than 3 hours. Still, I’d much rather enjoy the game and take just that bit longer.

I have no idea how “ShimaClassic” (above in comments) was able to get this Achievement unlocked after a fresh playthrough on Easy in under three hours? I have skipped ALL possible dialogue, ran through every possible mission as fast as possible and I have spent way over three hours. Personally, you’re looking at 5-6 hours unless there is some speedrunning exploit I don’t know about as my playthrough has been normal as I haven’t used any glitches or anything to speed things up - if there is any.

I missed this one too. Now, it's the only achievement I have left to unlock and I didn't make back up saves throughout the Main Story. I was initially following the walkthrough but became impatient and just decided to play the game and experience it; I guess that ultimately caused me to miss out on this. Pretty good game, just wish there was more going on outside of killing people and hacking computers.

Wish the fact that this was so missable was more emphasized in the walkthrough. Oh well, time to start a New Game...

EDIT: Done. Took around 10 hours starting from a new game all the way up to Nocturne 0p55N1. If you focus only on the Main Story missions and skip all the dialogue by mashing the cn_X and cn_B buttons, it shouldn't take too long.

Be careful as this is easily missable

1. You must save Takemura during the Search and Destroy mission. After you are attacked, before leaving, make sure to save Takemura as there will not be objective to do so.
2. During Nocturne Op55N1, head out onto the balcony with Mysty and talk to Johnny Silverhand.
Select: "Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it."
Select: "Take Omega Blockers".
3. Complete Last Carress.
4. Complete Totalimmortal.
5. Complete Where Is My Mind?

Agreed that plagiarism sucks but it's not like this is an intellectual property or anything important where people might stand to gain or lose from it being copied from another source. Also it's not like powerpyx doesn't also probably repurpose guides for their site. Seems to me like a huge amount of all reporting and guides on the usual websites are all either loosely copied from each other or shell articles that you can insert the appropriate words into.
Obviously it's a different matter for opinion pieces or essays but with stuff like guides and announcement news articles it seems like plagiarism is rampant and doesn't matter.

*Highly Missable*
The mission you need to be aware of is 'Search and Destory'

Close to the end of the mission and after the meeting. Arasaka invade Takemuras' hideout. Johnny informs you that there's no point in helping Takemura as he's likely dead, the objective also sends you straight out of the apartment building.

Ignore these warnings, once you've got control back, enter the room opposite where you start and look for a hole in the wall on your left, At the back of the apartment is some steps. Go up these, OR if you have jump augmentation you can jump up the hole you fell down in. Kill the Arasaka agents to save Takemura. Makes sure you now leave with him in tow.

You can now complete the game as normal up until you hit the mission Nocturne Op55N1. Carry on through this until you reach the roof and have to make a decision. Choose "Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it"

Next choose "Take some Omega Blockers" and then "Call Hanako and accept offer" This will now force you on a linear path that will guarantee you'll unlock it.

The achievement will unlock when you take the lift/elevator after finding Yorinobu. (Which means you don't even have to complete the game or get an ending).

*MISSABLE*

This achievement is highly missable. In order to unlock it, the most critical thing you must do occurs during the main job 'Search and Destroy,' which is the final job in Act 2. You will be in an apartment with Takemura when an assault team will burst in. After this cutscene, your character will mention saving Takemura but Johnny will tell you to just leave. Despite having no optional objective to do so, you must go back upstairs and save Takemura before leaving the apartment building. As you head to where the first enemies are, instead of turning right towards them, go through the hole in the wall on the left, opposite the enemies. Follow this path, killing enemies in your way, until you get to the stairs. Take them up, and you should finally get an optional objective to save Takemura. Kill the enemies around him, and then follow the objective path. He should follow you out. When you exit the building and the cutscene starts, Takemura should walk out next to you. If so, you've done the missable part of this achievement.

The remainder of this achievement requirement is that, while on the roof of Misty's during the main job 'Nocturne OP55N1,' you must choose the dialogue option "Think trusting Arasaka's risky, but worth it." This will lead to the main job 'Last Caress.' Follow this and the following mission to its completion to unlock this ending achievement.

Highly MISSABLE

This is related to one of the ending of the game but this one is highly missable due to something you need to do on a previous mission. Without that, you will still unlock the ending but nothing will pop.

During the mission Search and Destroy, you will need to save Takemura and this isn't an objective so it's very easy to miss this. After reaching his hideout and a bit of dialogue with him and another character, you will be ambushed and your next objective will be to leave the hotel - Don't do that! Instead, crouch on your left and make your way back to the hotel to save him. This is a hidden requirement needed to get the correct ending.

Then during the Nocturne OP55N1 mission, when you reach the rooftop and have a conversation with Johnny, you need to choose the following dialogue to get the correct ending:
  • Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it
  • Take Omega Blockers
  • (if then you have the option to call Panam, don't and call Hanako instead)
You'll have another choice during the epilogue but it doesn't matter so choose whatever you want.

The trophy can be missed.
To get the trophy you need to save Takemura in the penultimate task "Apartment 303". Video guide (en).
In the task “For Whom the Bell Tolls”, in a conversation with Johnny on the roof, choose the following answer options:
1. I hope Arasaka won’t let you down
2. Take omega blockers
The trophy drops before the final. The final decision doesn't matter.

As soon as you fall to the floor of the first floor after the explosion in apartment 303, you can immediately get up and jump through the broken ceiling back to the third floor. Takemura and 3 elite Arasaka special forces are waiting for you in the room. We kill the soldiers, and then fight our way to the exit from the building.

At the end of the game we call Hanako and accept the offer. The trophy will drop after meeting Yerinobu when you take the elevator from his apartment

Missable trophy! Be sure to pay attention to it, or save after each story quest so that you can replay it later.
I expected that all the final trophies could be obtained by replaying the final mission, so I didn’t leave any saves for the previous ones. As a result, you will have to replay the entire game.

In the story mission where Takimua kidnaps Sabura Arasaka, you don’t need to listen to Joni, but run to a shootout, or climb the stairs or jump on ankle implants.
